Are you eligible?
Criteria for individual support from the Bromhead Medical Charity.
You must live in Lincolnshire.
You must have a diagnosis or healthcare need.
You must meet the financial criteria, which are as follows:
Your earnings should not exceed £24,000 per annum and, if you live with someone else, your combined household income should not exceed £36,000 per annum.
Your individual assets (savings, bonds, shares, ISAs) must not exceed £10,000 – excluding the property you live in.

A decision will be made within approximately 7 days of our visit to you.
In the event that we will be supporting your application for hospital treatment, we will then make the arrangements in consultation with you.

WE STILL WANT TO HELP YOU.
We have a wealth of experience and knowledge, as well as many many contacts in both the medical establishments and working with other charities.
Talk to us - we might be able to refer you in the right direction even if we can’t fund you directly ourselves.
